Bows and Bobbies was created in 2000 by Kristie and Mandy, stay-at-home Moms and sisters-in-law with a passion for fashion. We began making bows for our daughters when they were just infants. Over the years our 2 small families have grown and between the two of us, we now have 7 children. We have been fortunate enough to continue to stay at home with our kids while we run our business. Our husbands have been very supportive and have been found staying up late at night with us to meet the demand of our hair bows.

Soon after we began making bows for our baby girls, our small hobby began catching the attention of women at every turn. The overwhelming response to our hair bows led to the creation of Bows and Bobbies. As the demand for our Bows grew, our designs evolved into the creative and fun products displayed.

Bows and Bobbies is built on a foundation of high quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. Each of our hair bows is Hand-made in the USA with high quality material and attention to detail. As the demand has grown and the need to expand our business has increased we felt it was necessary to hire additional help to meet the need. We made the decision to involve our sisters-in-law (Carolyn and Kimberly) to help us keep up with production. As a result our business has been and continues to remain in the family! In 2006, Bows and Bobbies created its exclusive line of 'Gumdrop' hair bows. The Gumdrops became so popular, so fast, we felt it was necessary to protect our design against others in the business that began copying our Gumdrops and selling the design as their own. In May 2007, Bows and Bobbies was awarded a 'Design Patent' on our signature Gumdrop design! Although others still 'TRY' to imitate our product, ours is the 'ORIGINAL' and 'One of a Kind' Gumdrop design made only by Bows and Bobbies. The Gumdrop line offers 3 different sizes of bows to meet the needs of each customer. Bows and Bobbies strives to catch the attention of everyone who walks through the door or visits our website. We have created over 30 different styles of bows in hundreds of color combinations to create designs to meet a variety of styles and tastes. Whether you are a conservative Mom who likes small petite bows or the extreme Mom who says, "The Bigger the Better!" we have what you are looking for! We also offer custom bows made to match specific outfits, whether it be for a special occasion such as a wedding or dance competition, or just for cute everyday bows.
